CDS Distribution in the City of Linden

The applicable law governing CDS distribution in Linden and elsewhere in New Jersey is N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5. Under the statute, it is illegal to distribute or to possess with the intent to distribute, any form of CDS without a valid prescription.
